Understand and apply LUN masking using PSA-related commands

Part#3 LUN masking by Storage transport: (iSCSI or all FC)

I am trying here to mask LUN 2 ONLY coming through this ISCSI adapter, I used below commands to get it working:

esxcfg-mpath -L

esxcfg-scsidevs -m

esxcli storage core claimrule list

esxcli storage core claimrule add -r 310 -P MASK_PATH -t target -R iscsi –iqn iqn.2006-01.com.openfiler:tsn.904062595734 –lun 2

esxcli storage core claimrule load

esxcli storage core claimrule list

esxcli storage core claiming reclaim -d t10.F405E46494C45425A59347A6A5C6D213A57403D2E497A6A4

esxcli storage core claimrule run

esxcli storage core adapter rescan –all

~ # esxcfg-mpath -L

~ # esxcfg-scsidevs -m

~ # esxcli storage core path list |grep iqn
Verifying my iqn from CLI

Verifying my iqn from GUI

~ # esxcli storage core claimrule list

I believe if this will disappear ,, then it works out ,

but the below error is WHY it is not.

~ # esxcli storage core claiming reclaim -d t10.F405E46494C45425A59347A6A5C6D213A57403D2E497A6A4

Unable to unclaim path vmhba33:C0:T0:L2 on device t10.F405E46494C45425A59347A6A5C6D213A57403D2E497A6A4. Some paths may be left in an unclaimed state. You will need to claim them manually using the appropriate commands or wait for periodic path claiming to reclaim them automatically.

I fixed same way as here:

https://ahmadelgendi.wordpress.com/2015/03/17/understand-and-apply-lun-masking-using-psa-related-commands-2/

Checking it from CLI:

esxcfg-mpath -L & esxcfg-scsidevs -m

So as you can see the device (t10.F405E46494C45425A59347A6A5C6D213A57403D2E497A6A4) is no more exist
